It's the freakin weekend baby! Anyone remember that song? My friends and I used to listen to that while getting ready to go out. Good Memories!
Honestly, I don't think my weekend will really start until Saturday afternoon. I have my final weekend of class FOREVER! I work in higher education and since one of the perks is free tuition, I decided to go back and work on a certificate to be a career facilitator. I will be done with all the assignments and requirements this weekend! Anyway, I've been pretty busy this whole week trying to finish up everything. But after Saturday, lookout everyone, I'll be certified to give out career advice left and right. Just kidding, but I am ready for Saturday to be here!
Since, Ryan (the hubby) was busy with his classes too, we decided to put Valentine's Day on hold until Saturday! I can't wait for our date night! If your like us and waiting to celebrate until the weekend but haven't made plans yet, check out my creative date night ideas!
2. Have you heard about this? If you haven't, you are missing out! I found this company through another blogger and I can't wait to get started! Stitch Fix is a personal style service. I get my first shipment in March and I can't wait!!
3. I found this 'Little Women' tote bag on pinterest! I loved this book as a child and even remember the movie! I can't remember how old I was when I read this book but now I'm inspired to reread it!
4. Songza. Seriously check it out. It's pandora without commericals. They cater your music depending on the day and what mood you are in! Today you had the option to listen to Justin Beaver's songlist all day long haha!
5. Healthy meal planning all week = treating ourselves to a winebar and trying a flight! I'm starting to switch from beer mode to wine mode. I love all things pinot noir lately.
Hope you had a wonderful week!

I'm totally looking into StitchFix! That sounds like something I could use! Songza is awesome, I need to use it more often. Have fun this weekend with the hubs, enjoy your red wine!
ReplyDeleteI'm with Kristine! Going to have to look into both StitchFix and Songza now that you have me interested!

Hi Melissa! Just stopping in from H5FF!
ReplyDeleteHow funny, every time I write a post about my weekend, the words "its the freakin weekend, baby I'm about to have me some fun" play in my mind. I don't even know if those are actually the right words. But i'm glad i'm not the only one! Thanks for the tip about Songza! Have a great weekend!

We actually put off our Valentines until the end of the month so we could do everything a little more cheaply and without having to fight with other couples for the last table. I hope yours this weekend was fantastic. Congrats on finishing your course too xo
